Since the business was established in 1986, we have developed
and expanded into a multi-disciplinary practice. We strive
to blend the skills from different disciplines to ensure that
our clients receive well balanced design solutions to new
build, refurbishment and alteration schemes.
We operate from our offices at 27 Front Street, Acomb in
York. It is a three storey listed building which the practice
refurbished and occupied in 1998.
The building dates from the second half of the 18th Century and
provides an excellent and pleasant working environment with
'worked examples' of repair, conversion and alteration concepts.
We are committed to quality,
efficiency and providing a cost effective service to all our
clients, who currently include central and local government
departments, the health and education sectors, commercial, industrial
and residential portfolio managers and a variety of private
clients.
We aim to simplify the development process, combining expertise
from different disciplines, ensuring that clients receive well
balanced design solutions to new build, refurbishment and alteration
schemes. By maximising feedback from our in house specialist
teams, we can ensure the projects are well managed to achieve
compliance with the design brief and completion on time and
within budget.
The practice continues to operate throughout the UK and we
have recently undertaken projects as far afield as the Isle
of Wight, South Wales and the Home Counties, whilst the majority
of our workload is still concentrated within the North of
England and Midland Regions.
