WELLINGBOROUGH, FOSTON HALL AND NORTH SEA CAMP - SEPTEMBER 2010

 

W R Dunn & Co Ltd are currently working as designers to Interserve Project Services Ltd (Leicester) on 3 separate projects for the Ministry of Justice in the East Midlands. The works include re-roofing and replacement of the heating system to a Grade II Listed Hall, refurbishment of shower and toilet facilities and over-cladding of asbestos cement sheeted buildings and fire precautions upgrading to accommodation buildings.

IPSL Start on site

All 3 projects are currently on site at varying stages of completion, with W R Dunn & Co Ltd providing design and monitoring support throughout the construction stage. Our duties have also included negotiating and securing Listed Building and Planning Consent for various elements of the work and preparing detailed design drawings and specifications.
