PROBATION CENTRE, CHIPPENHAM - JANUARY 2012
Construction is underway for the proposed new Probation Centre for Wiltshire Probation Trust and the Home Office General Property via Interserve Construction Ltd. (Southampton). The new two storey office accommodation joins a Victorian villa and will provide accommodation for approximately 60 staff and probation visitors. The site will consolidate a variety of sites around Wiltshire and will provide purpose-built accommodation designed to meet BREEAM Excellent (for the new build) and BREEAM Very Good for the existing.
W R Dunn & Co Ltd. were appointed as Architects by ICL and have taken the scheme from a successful tender bid through detailed design and work is expected to complete in July 2012.
