ARCHITECT IN THE HOUSE UPDATE - AUGUST 2010
W R Dunn & Co Ltd. recently offered four consultations across the North Yorkshire region to homeowners, in return for a donation to the homeless charity - SHELTER. This initiative has proved successful as it has led to our appointment for the initial stages of a design development scheme for one homeowner in York (RIBA Stages A & B).
The scheme presented the homeowner with various options based on an initial design brief and 'wish list' ranging from minimal alterations through to a larger more radical and contempoary extension scheme.
