EXTERNAL AUDIT - NOVEMBER 2011
The company’s Quality Assurance and Environmental Management Systems have recently been audited by EQA Ltd. with the positive outcome of maintaining the company’s certification in the two disciplines. The auditor David Stack who was in the office for a full day, met the majority of staff and discussed and reviewed documents covering five of our key operations, Architecture, Building Surveying, CDM Co-ordination, Historic Building Conservation and Project Management. The auditor stated that we had a “Well organised integrated system controlled by the Compliance Manager John Beadle.”
The company directors believe that our dedication in maintaining our certification to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 sends a clear message to all interested parties that this is a company committed to high standards and continual improvement. Certification also makes it easier to measure performance and better manage business risk.
