THE HOMESTEAD ASSET MANAGEMENT PLAN - JANUARY 2012
W R Dunn & Co Ltd were recently commissioned by Joseph Rowntree Foundation to prepare an Asset Management Plan for the Homestead in York. The Homestead is an Arts and Crafts style property, originally constructed for social reformer and son of Joseph Rowntree, Benjamin Seebohm Rowntree, in around 1903. Since 1978 the property has acted as the head office of Rowntree Macintosh and more recently the headquarters of the Joseph Rowntree Foundation, leading social policy research and development charity. The report was prepared by W R Dunn & Co Ltd together with Silcock Leedham Consulting Engineers.
