W.R. Dunn & Co. was established in 1986 and incorporated as a Limited Company in 2004. We are a multi disciplinary practice with the core activities being:
Architecture.
Building Surveying.
CDM Co-ordination.
Historic Building Consultants.
Project Management.
We are committed to quality, efficiency and providing a cost effective service to all our clients, including central and local government departments, the health and education sectors, plus commercial, industrial and residential portfolio managers.
We aim to simplify the development process, combining expertise from different disciplines, to ensure that clients receive well-balanced design solutions to new build, refurbishment and alteration schemes. By maximising feedback from our ‘in house’; specialist teams, we can ensure that projects are well managed to achieve:
- Completion on time and within budget.
- Compliance with the design brief.
- Value for money.
The practice operates throughout the UK, however, the majority of our workload has been within the North of England and Midland regions. Furthermore, we are committed to Quality Assurance and have developed and use flexible but efficient Quality Systems Procedures and a Practice Quality Manual. ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 Accredited Certification via EQA has been achieved.
Furthermore, the practice is committed to sustainable development and environmental management. We utilise systems and procedures certified and audited in accordance with ISO 14001 : 2004.
