Sustainability Consultants
As a multi-disciplinary practice we are able to provide advice on sustainability through our trained staff who have a range of experience. We have two BREEAM APs (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method Accredited Professionals) who can assist whether the scheme is a small domestic extension, an off-grid barn conversion or a larger commercial scheme. Every scheme is bespoke with differing criteria which is why experience and advice on the most cost-effective solution is critical to a project's success. With the increasing demand for environmentally conscious developments our role can add value to a development of any scale, whether the scheme is formally assessed, or whether it is a client-driven brief.
We have been awarded several BREEAM Excellent rated buildings with some of the certificates displayed on the links below, and recently been awarded our first design-stage 'Very Good' rating on a refurbishment: a challenging achievement.

Appointing a BREEAM AP at RIBA Stages A & B (Feasibility Stage) can add up to 2 additional credits to the assessed scheme.
