Wemmergill is one the UK’s leading Grouse Farm, it was crucial from the client that the development of various future schemes formed a integral part of functionality and viability for the region. The architect and building surveyors team took a collaborative approach to the project, designing various schemes across the estate.

For the Utilities Building, we took the design and procurement of the scheme from inception to completion, applying RIBA Stages A – L. The building compromises of a steel frame structure, providing space for the storage of specialist farm and estate buildings, as well as a repair area that required a recessed access pit below ground level.

A key requirement from the client was to create a layout that was quick to construct and adaptable for the future of the moor.
