Our team was appointed to assess the planning implications for an approved barn conversion, which its planning was due to expire shortly. Following our instruction, we reviewed the approved scheme and amended the internal layout to comply with current Building Regulations. Our role during construction was to administer the contract, attend site meetings and assess the interim valuations.

Due to its location in a National Park, with no existing services, there were several strict criteria imposed by the Local Authority, after assisting the client to achieve approved development we have ensured the long-term future of the estate to provide accommodation for staff.
