Appointed to provide specialist conservation advice our remit quickly grew to assist the larger delivery of the project with the Principle Contactor. The detail design and delivery of key items associated with the Listed Building Consent included the restoration and replacement of the windows and door, the design of the timber framed dining orangery, rooflights and internal glazed screens, the detail design of the joinery items; bar fittings, servery tables etc. together with specialist cast iron works.

We also assisted in the delivery of the new build extension, which was procured through a SFS system, complete with complex staircases that within the junctions of old-new.
